Copayments will be collected at time of service. Any overpayments will be refunded upon payment from your insurance company.
Cancellation Terms
Nina Hartman Counseling, LLC requires at least 24 hours in advance notice for cancellations of an appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged a late cancellation service fee of $60.00. If two appointments are cancelled back to back we may terminate any future appointments.
